On 5 November 2019 ComReg published an Information Notice (Document 19/99) setting out the results of the 400 MHz Band Spectrum Award.

 

Document 19/80 – 400 MHz Band Spectrum Award – Information Memorandum

On 30 August 2019, ComReg published its Information Memorandum (Document 19/80) on the 400 MHz Band Spectrum Award. ComReg published Annex 3 (Application Form) from Document 19/81 separately in a writeable pdf format as Document 19/81a.

ComReg also published 2 other documents:

  • Response to Consultation on the 400 MHz Band Draft Information Memorandum (Document 19/81); and
  • Submissions to the 400 MHz Band Draft Information Memorandum (Document 19/81s).

In June 2019, ComReg published Document 19/69 – Response to Consultation and Decision on the 400 MHz Band Spectrum Award.

Document 19/63 – Extension to consultation period for ComReg Document No. 19/56

In June 2019, ComReg published Document 19/63, extending the time period to 17:00 on 17 July 2019 for submitting responses to its Draft Information Memorandum and Draft Regulations on the Release of the 400 MHz Band (Document 19/56).

 

Document 19/56 – Draft Information Memorandum and Draft Regulations on the Proposed 400 MHz Award

In June 2019, ComReg published Document 19/56 – Draft Information Memorandum and Draft Regulations on the Proposed 400 MHz Award.

The draft Information Memorandum sets out the rules and procedures ComReg will employ to carry out the proposed 400 MHz Award.

 

Document 19/28 – Extension to consultation period for ComReg Document No. 19/23

In March 2019, ComReg published Document 19/28, extending the time period to 23 April 2019 for submitting responses to its Response to Consultation and Draft Decision on the Release of the 400 MHz Sub-band (Documents 19/23, 19/23a, 19/23b, 19/23s).
