Emergency Services Digital Radio Licence is a term that refers to a licence type issued by ComReg to allow the provision and operation of digital radio systems by the emergency services. “Emergency service” means An Garda Síochána, the Fire Brigade services, the Ambulance services, the boat and coastal rescue services (including the rescue services provided by the Air Corps), and the mountain and cave rescue services.
