ComReg provides a free app that checks the outdoor mobile coverage at your location. The app is available from iOS and Android app stores.

The map app shows predicted 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G mobile coverage. It also shows the signal strength on a scale from very good to no coverage for all Irish mobile service providers.
