During the third quarter of 2020 (July to September), we published updated survey findings on the impact of Covid-19 on consumer use and perception of telecommunication services and continued to direct readers to our dedicated Covid-19 Consumer Information page.
We alerted consumers to the cessation of services by Permanet; in Kerry and in the Southwest area; and reminded consumers about the availability of our Consumer Care complaints handling service. We also published the Q2 2020 Consumer Line statistics.
We posted information on the implementation of EU Roaming Regulation by Irish mobile companies. We published Eir’s Universal Service Quality of Service performance data for Q4 2019 as well as announcing the launch of the public consultation as part of the Universal Service Review on the provision of public payphones.
