ComReg recently published Quality of Service performance data for Q4 2019 and YTD 2019-2020. In 2016, ComReg designated Eir as the universal service provider for access at a fixed location until 2021. ComReg publishes Eir’s quality of service performance data on a quarterly basis and previous publications are available on ComReg’s website including the publication for Q3 2019 available here.
