Daisyhouse, a registered charity and Approved Housing Body has supported women out of homelessness.Women become homeless for different reasons- domestic violence, sexual abuse, sexual violence, addiction, ill health, relationship breakdown, trafficking, coming out of state care, loss of income and other complex traumas. All of the women who are referred to us have faced a combination of these complex challenges. When this happens, they need support, time and a safe space where they can start to rebuild from the trauma of their past experiences, feel safe and secure and, in time, move forward in their lives. Barretstown offers free therapeutic programmes at our unique specially designed campus in Co. Kildare and through outreach programmes in hospitals and schools throughout Ireland, for children and their families living with a serious illness. When a child is seriously ill, their life becomes about everything they can’t do anymore, and they can stop feeling like a regular child. Even when they physically start to get better, the psychological scars of their illness, or that of their siblings, can remain, eroding confidence, diminishing self-esteem and coping skills. Barretstown empowers and encourages each child to step out of their comfort zone and re-build their confidence through our medically endorsed therapeutic programmes. They start to discover the magic of being a child again. Since opening the gates of Barretstown in 1994, Barretstown has served over 85,000 children and family members living with serious illness. Childhood stops for seriously ill children. At Barretstown we Press Play.

After arriving on a landing page users answer a teaser question (depending on the configuration this step may be omitted). After that they are asked to enter their mobile phone number into a web form. Once they submit their phone number they are taken to the next page and are sent one text msg with all required service info and pricing information (code of practice rules apply). Once they reply "CASH" (or "PLAY") to that text message they subscribe to the service and can start playing the game. The game is a picture slide / mosaic / puzzle where the customer needs to move all tiles of an image into the right position so that the actual image is restored. Customer can pick between a set of different images and can play as many times as they want unless our system detects fraudulent activity (in this case a cool down phase will have the user wait before they can continue playing). Winner is who completes any image / puzzle fastest with the least amount of moves in any week of the given competition period. A competition period usually lasts for 2-3 months, the respective closing date is announced on the website. Customers can check highscores at any time to check whether they are in the top 10 yet. The design of the service follows the code of practice. Weekly billing / subscription service. Winners will be notified by phone by our call center.
