Woodie’s Heroes is an annual charity fundraising drive organised by retailer Woodie’s which raises money for 4 different Irish children’s charities each summer. The charities are picked by an internal colleague vote and donations come through stores, online donations and donations from suppliers of the organisation. At the end of the fundraising period, the funds raised are divided equally among the 4 charities. This year the charities are Autism Assistance Dogs Ireland, ISPCC Childline, Make-A-Wish & Down Syndrome Ireland.
