ComReg published take-up and usage statistics for Irish Text Relay Service (ITRS) between July 2018 and December 2019. ITRS translates text into voice and voice into text through an ITRS agent and is available to customers of Eir, Sky, Tesco Mobile, Three, Virgin Media and Vodafone.
We remind consumers who are deaf or hard of hearing that they can use the Irish Text Relay Service when making and receiving calls. More information is available here or by visiting www.itrs.ie.
