ComReg Publishes Consumer Line Statistics Report Q2 2020

ComReg published quarterly statistics on issues raised by consumers who contacted its Consumer Care team between 1 April to 30 June 2020.

In Q2 2020, ComReg’s Consumer Line answered over 9,405 consumer queries, and managed over 1,864 consumer complaints.
