ComReg published its Decision in May 2020. ComReg has decided that there is no longer a need for the imposition of a directory of subscribers universal service obligation. This means that the printed phonebook directory is now no longer available. ComReg will continue to monitor the appropriateness of this decision. However, directory of subscribers’ information is currently available via directory enquiries services for a fee.
