ComReg is proposing to reduce the Call Handling Fee payable by industry for the operation of the Emergency Call Answering Service from €3.95 to €3.24.
This reflects the current circumstances in relation to volumes , reasonable costs and other relevant factors.
ComReg is holding a consultation on this matter and all submissions to the consultation must be made before 5 December 2017.
