ComReg publishes Consumer Line Statistics Report Q4 2020

ComReg published quarterly statistics on issues raised by consumers who contacted its Consumer Care team between 1 October to 31 December 2020.

 

In Q4 2020, ComReg’s Consumer Line answered over 21k contacts and dealt with nearly 8k issues. There was a 16% decrease in the total number of issues recorded compared to Q3 2020. Of the total number of issues 22% were complaints the majority relating to telecommunication issues for mobile and fixed service providers.
