Reporting to ComReg’s Head of IT, the primary role of the IT Operations Manager and the operations team, is to ensure the availability, integrity, maintenance and support, of the operational IT infrastructure and application systems. They are also responsible for the process of on-boarding new infrastructure and applications projects. This role is a key point of escalation and continuous process improvement along with team development within the IT department.
