This consultation and draft decision presents ComRegs preliminary views on the Wholesale Local Access (WLA) and Wholesale Central Access (WCA) markets. WLA and WCA services are wholesale services ultimately used in the supply of a range of downstream retail services including (but not limited to) fixed telephone, broadband internet/connectivity and television (‘TV’) services to residential and business consumers.
The consultation period will run from 11 November 2016 to 30 January 2017 and all comments on the issues as set out in this Consultation are welcome.
