We informed consumers about
- how to top-up a ‘pay as you go’ mobile phone account;
- the options available with electronic and paper bills;
- making a complaint to your service provider;
- the requirement for broadband speed to be in your contract;
- Airfibre ceasing operations;
- phone and broadband price increases.
We advised consumers to
- visit our stand at The 50 Plus Show in the RDS, Dublin;
- subscribe to our consumer news e-alerts.
In terms of research and reports we
- published Q4 Consumer Care Statistics with details of issues raised by consumers who contacted ComReg’s Consumer Care team from 1 November to 31 December 2023.
Our compliance actions included
- publication of information on Three Ireland’s implementation of remedial measures in relation to providing its customers with Pricing and Tariff information.
