Consumer Care Statistics for Q1 2024
During the 3 months from January to March 2024, ComReg’s Consumer Care team recorded approximately 9,000 contacts, a 6% increase from Q4 of 2023. The 3,600 issues raised also increased from Q4 of 2023, this time by 7%.
