ComReg issues a Draft Determination in relation to a dispute between four parties (represented by Towerhouse LLP) and Eircom Ltd (“Eircom”) in respect of Eircom ’s service level agreements for certain wholesale services. A dispute was referred to ComReg as Eircom and the four parties were unable to agree the appropriate level of fault repair performance that would trigger the payment of service credits by Eircom. In the Draft Determination, ComReg proposes to require payment of service credits on all faults lasting longer than two days. The amount payable as service credits is outside the scope of the dispute and the parties have been given a period of time to negotiate this issue.
