On 8 October 2019 ComReg was successful in its application to the High Court to take control of Yourtel assets, including certain bank accounts into which Irish customers pay their bills. Yourtel confirmed it is exiting the Irish market by 31 December 2019 and that it will not bill any customers between now and then.
