ComReg welcomes views of all stakeholders on the Draft Guidance on Know Your Customer policies. ComReg will review and fully take into account all responses it receives and, once this process is complete, issue updated Guidance.
ComReg welcomes the views of all stakeholders on the Draft Know Your Customer (KYC) Guidance in ComReg 24/24c. The deadline for comments/submissions has been extended to 5.30pm on Friday 31 May 2024. Details of the extension are available here.
